Parents’ involvement can make a difference in a child’s education. ESN, therefore, has put in place a robust communication strategy to involve parents in their child’s education. Two of our important initiatives are Enlightened Parents’ Council and Parents Satisfaction Department. Both are dedicated to parents’ concerns and appeals. Another purpose of such forums is to explain attendance policies, relevant services, and engagement opportunities for parents. Other than the scheduled PTMs, every Thursday is Meet and Greet. The parents may visit the Principal if they want to discuss their child’s progress every Thursday between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. It is intended to maintain a positive relationship between parents’ participation in their child’s education and student learning outcomes.
