ESN Middle Years Curriculum - MYC

The MYC of ESN is a three-year middle school curriculum from Class-VI to VIII. It offers a comprehensive school qualification with essential subjects and training for students and teachers. The average age level for this qualification is 10-13 years. It comprises a clear, decisive framework that introduces students to meaningful engagement in real-world problems through STEAM projects. Students are encouraged to study a wide range of subjects at this level of education and engage in research-based projects, which should provide them with a foundation for secondary school. MYC is progressive and made flexible to support 21st-century proficiencies and skills. It also caters to different levels of interest in students with a choice of entrepreneur activities.

The experts develop the curriculum according to international standards following the necessary national protocols in the backdrop of socio-economic, cultural context, and the changing dynamics of the 21st-century. Focused forums are arranged to help students develop soft skills to apply in unique situations. The curriculum development team is consistently engaged with experts to train teachers to use pedagogy with indigenous perspectives and rubrics. It also necessitates the psychological evaluation of each student to identify the strengths and introduces lesson plans and activities accordingly. Aptitude tests are conducted to determine inclinations in professional careers.
